Jamal Al-Zamil

Jamal Al Zamil is a seasoned businessman with many years of experience and an impressive portfolio of business ventures. He is the founder of Al-Zamil Industrial, Trade & Transport Company. He established the Water Tanks Factory for Al-Zamil (The Largest Manufacturer of Water Tanks in the Middle East) and the Covers Factory for Terrestrial Reservoirs. His leadership of the company has resulted in annual turnover that exceeds 200 million Riyals. In addition to his board membership in Al-Zamil Industry, Trade & Transport Company, he is also a board member of Awazil, the Arab Insulation Industry, and Al-Omar Furnishings Company as well as membership in several committees in the Commercial Industrial Chamber. Jamal’s educational background included various undergraduate and graduate degrees and diplomas in Marketing, Quality Management and Financial Management as well as a range of training courses on various subjects. He is currently a member of the Scientific Society for Human Resources. His background and passion for business have led him to serve, at some point, as a visiting lecturer at Imam University and as a consultant specialized in the creation and implementation of Business Strategies for many local companies and businesses.

Abdul Rahman Al-Zamil - CEO

Abdel Rahman represents the new generation of Saudi entrepreneurs, eager to capitalize on the new changes that the Kingdom is witness under its reformative leadership. He is a young, travelled, ambitious and foreign educated pioneer who comes from a long line of businessmen in the family business. Abdel Rahman is a graduate of Business Management with a specialization in Finance from the University of California, Irvine as well as Al-Yamamah University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He began his career independently of the family business as a journalist for Al Eqtisadiyah Online Newspaper. He then trained at ABB Group for six months to gain more knowledge of multi-nationals and how they operate. In 2013 he founded and managed ZAMILLIGHT in Riyadh until today. ZAMILLIGHT offers a wide range of LED Lighting products selected carefully according to the highest international standards and specifications. ZAMILLIGHT supplied various well known factories, offices, hospitals, hotels, streetlights and homes around the kingdom with all their needs of LED lighting. Abdel Rahman’s business acumen and his insistence and focus on professional service, high quality products, competitive prices and after sales services has made ZAMILLIGHT a renowned, successful rapidly growing company across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with showrooms and wholesale team in various cities. With the Kingdom’s landmark decision to diversify its economy and reduce its dependance on oil based revenues as well as open up to international tourism, Abdel Rahman is embarking on another trailblazing endeavor, ZUHA, the first Saudi Arabian hospitality company that manages various categories of properties and property management, world-wide.

Sherif Naguib - COO

Sherif has more than 30 years of experience in the hotel industry in several countries, including Egypt, the Seychelles and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). His expertise centers on hotel management and Group General Manager with an extensive background in Food and Beverage (F&B). His experience includes a range of notable hotel chains including IHG (Intercontinental), the Savoy Hotels, Movenpick, Accor, Golden Tulip and Sunrise Hotels. His knowledge includes involvement in opening, operating and developing hotels in different countries and cultures, providing him with the practical skills needed to manage different teams and goals. His background also includes working with the different aspects of revenue generation, guest satisfaction, quality and staff development, hotel star upgrades, and hotel management. In addition to working in several countries and hotel chains, Sherif has also worked in different hotel types (city hotels, resorts, hotel apartments and boutique hotels) of varying star ratings (3,4 and 5 starts). His ability to open and operate across several cities like Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, Dammam and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia involves getting acquainted with the quaint cultural nuances and different target customers associated with each city requires a solid understanding how heels work in different cultures, even in the same country. Sherif is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the newly established, Saudi Arabian ZUHA Hotels & Resorts Company and the driving force behind this endeavor. His specific areas of expertise include opening and operating new hotels and restaurants, operating hospitals as well as consulting (budgetary) and managing properties, compounds, and restaurants.
